If you have booked a court using a Social Deal discount code and subsequently cancel, please note that the code cannot be reused. Please email us at contact@playside.nl to let us know when you would like to reschedule your padel session. Be sure to include your Social Deal discount code and specify whether you would like to book for 1 hour or 1.5 hours. Please note: you may receive an automated cancellation confirmation stating that no credits will be returned; this is why it is important to email us directly. Our system is unable to process refunds or credit returns because the voucher was purchased through Social Deal, not directly through Playside. We receive periodic payouts from Social Deal for all vouchers purchased for padel.
